Reture & Refund

There will be 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Momonittu.com.
Items must be returned with no trace of use or damage and with all Momonittu tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, socks, hair accessories, and soft toys cannot be returned.
Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Return procedure:

Complete the return form which is enclosed with the goods.
Pack and seal the goods together with the return form securely with an undamaged bag.
Choose a way to return the product
1. At a Momonittu store—we accept on-line purchase return at any Momonittu store in HK. Exchange of goods at the store is not possible,
2. Home collection(at your own expense) —we will send a courier to collect your goods. (not applicable for outlying islands and places outside Hong Kong)
Upon receiving the return, the warehouse will examine the quality of the product.
Refund will be arranged once your return meet our return procedure

Same payment method of purchase will be used to make the refund.
